As we all know the new year has arrived, and now is the time to get back into your fitness routine. These are when the classes are starting back up:

Zumba Mississauga starts Friday January 6th at 8:30pm

Whitby Foxy Ladies starts back on Tuesday January 10th at 7:30pm

Zumba whitby starts back on Monday January 23th at 8:30pm and a possible 7:30pm class (please register now with inspirational steps dance academy)

DivaGirl Conference coming March 24th 2012!

Where: Ontario Science Centre

What is it: This is a day devoted to women. Enjoy phenomenal speakers and content, fun and sensual classes designed for all levels, and divalicious vendors providing gifts and discounts to all participants.If interest please contact me or go to the DivaGirl website and include my name in the referral field on the BUY TICKETS link. I will be there, hope you can join me.

Are you  interested in Private Group Fitness Classes!

How would you like a night with your friends, getting fit and having fun? If you have the space and a group of friends then I have the class for you.

I will come to your house and teach you a weekly class. If you are interested let me know. If you sign up before January I will offer a group discount.
